Reply to Safari in Big Sur
I've figured out a way to make it works. You need to go to Finder, then click on Go > Go to folder... then go here "Library > Preferences >" When you are in there, delete all the plist file start with com.apple.Safari.****.plist Once you do that, Safari should launch again This sort-of worked for me. I had to delete the com.apple.Safari.***.plist files in ~/Library/Preferences. Safari now launches for me.
